No guilelessness or perfect trust.
No greeting cards drawn in crayon.
No bubble stuff.
No hair ribbons or little dresses.
No Santa Claus.
No Happy Meals.
No Mother’s Day.
No nursery rhymes.
No baby teeth or tooth fairies.
No baby shoes.
No footy pajamas.
No wonder.
More than a cost factor or ledger
balance. More than an impingement on
plans or convenience. Children are a
blessing from God. A mirror of who we are and a window into who we can become. They add richness and
purpose to life. They are Mankind’s legacy and hope. They, more than we, are
our reason for being.
